- 1977 | PANHAO Co., Ltd. was founded in Taipei.
- 1978 | Appointed as the TECCOR distributor in Taiwan, specializing in thyristors and communication network protection components.

- 1997 | Introduced Zener Electric (Australia) motor controllers and electronic soft starters to the Taiwan market.
- 2003 | Established a partnership with Littelfuse (USA), becoming the Littelfuse/IXYS distributor in Taiwan to further enhance electronic and electrical integration services.
- 2006 | Invested in a manufacturing facility, expanding into diode production, electrolytic capacitors, power modules, heat dissipation solutions, current sensors, and more.
- 2008 | Officially restructured as PANHAO Co., Ltd. strengthening its brand and business operations.
- 2014 | Became the Taiwan distributor for Power Electronic Measurements (PEM, UK), focusing on current sensing equipment.
- 2016 | Partnered with celduc® relais (France) to distribute solid-state relays (SSR) and sensors in Taiwan.
